Our Story
My husband and I are both crafters. I create using my sewing machine and embroidery machine. He turns wood on his lathe and has created pepper mills and bowls. He has made sculptures out of wood including some amazing masks. He is also a mixed media artist creating paintings, both small and large.
Shipping
All shipping will be done through Canada Posting using their regular rates and delivery times. No tracking number available or provided.
If you require faster shipping, please email me at hello@plaidmonkeys.com and let me know what type of shipping you require (priority, first class, registered mail, online tracking etc.).
If you are located outside Canada your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. I am not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and I'm not liable for any failure by you to pay them.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we’ll discuss the return options.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods. Refunds will be provided after receipt of the original item in its original condition.
We accept refund requests if your item breaks due to a manufacturing problem. We make the items ourselves, by hand. We do our best to ensure top quality craftsmanship but sometimes things happen!
